You're stuck in a booth on your feet all day, facing
hundreds if not thousands of people whom you don't know.
Many of them want to talk to you, only a few will be
worth your time. How do you sort through the people to
find the ones you are likely to sell things to and weed
out the people who want to sell things to you?
It'd be great if you were psychic. You could read
their minds, see their intentions, figure out who you
should spend your time with, and who you should avoid.
Unfortunately, you can't read minds (or at least we
don't believe you can), so you need a solution that gives
you the power of foresight. And the Closer system does
just that.

Every time you meet a person, their business card
appears on your Pocket PC, including a photo. You'll
be able to access it later (and in a digital form for no
additional fee) but what's important is what it tells you
now. Based on pre-selected criteria entered by you and
interests entered by the attendee, the attendee is scored,
giving you, the exhibitor, an immediate means by which to
gauge whether or not you want to spend time with this
person.
Is this person interested in my products?
What booths has he just visited? How much time has
he spent there?
Is this person a decision maker at his company?
Is he with a company I am looking to make contact
with?
Further, the system alerts you when someone who is a
particularly high match or is otherwise important to meet
enters your booth. If say you want to meet buyers from a
particular retail establishment, when one walks by you or
enters your booth you'll receive an alert, recommending
you stop talking to the student looking for a job and go
talk to the guy who wants to buy your product.
If you want to increase your sales at a show, you need to hunt down the buyers. Only the Closer system can help you do that.
