As I continue to look at her dossier, I can see how much time she's spent at competing booths. This further tells me that this is a woman making a buying decision, and I need to spend time with her.
Now I don't need to decide to swipe or not to swipe, to rate or not to rate. Her business card is automatically recorded in my account from the moment she appeared on my PocketPC screen, indeed from the moment she walked into my booth. So I'm free to take my time with her and talk, rather than administrate.
