Let's orient ourselves with the basics of the Closer System:

On the top of the screen you'll see the basic business card info of the person you're meeting with, their photo, name, title and company. And depending on the level of service you buy, their Predictive Score.

Along the left are the function tabs. From top to bottom are the information tab, the action tab, the notes tab and the administrative tab. We'll walk through each of these tabs in a bit.

And along the bottom is the rating bar, where you can give each attendee you meet a letter grade.
|

Imagine we're a computer company, looking to sell computers at a given show. Let's take a look at what happens when you're at the show:
We start off by meeting someone. When they walk by you, your PocketPC detects their presence, and immediately calls up their business card.
